One year ago...
today..
Same lens, same shirt but so many changes. The lens that I used then was rented and I now own it. The shirt barely fits and drifts up in the tummy.
And the boy, oh the boy. His curls are gone as much as that baby look. His once perfectly straight teeth are now a bit crooked from a fall. No longer is it, "Can you help me Mommy?" It's now, "You not help me, I help me" There are no more one words, it is all sentences now. There are distinct likes and dislikes. There is a personality that is growing everyday.
It's a bit sad, bittersweet. But it is also very beautiful and I embrace the changes as much as the memories.

What a difference! Bittersweet is a perfect word for watching our babies grow. I just love this stage when they say so many funny things.
Stop! Tell him to stop!
He is still so cute and cuddly. But in another 10 years, probably not so much. ;)
I know exactly how you feel! I love his hair in both photos! He is at such a fun age!
Wow, what a difference! He is so sweet, I love his hair so much!
0ne year - wow - he still is as cute as ever!! :)
Oh, that can't be just a year!!! Look at what a gorgeous little man he is becoming...still your beautiful Keats, though. And yes, bittersweet is the PERFECT word!!
Wow! I can't believe how quickly they grow! What a great idea to do that kind of picture with the same shirt for reference. He was adorable then and is adorable now!!
