My Hobbit
No pics of fire...though I could really milk my sons name being Blaze all week, hmmm. I am trying to work on my composition. I seem to center pics with a lot of space around them more then I should. I know these pics aren't the greatest, it was pretty sunny out but please give me some cc on comp. I also played with the orton thechnique on the first one cause I thought it fit as my son was singing, "That's what Bilbo Baggins hates". He loves the hobbit. TFL

The comp in that first one seems to work better than the second. it gives reference on what is going around around him. On the second one, I think I'd crop closer or leave his shoes in the shot for an entire look.
These are cute... I really like the first one! I can only see half of your journaling... the playlist covers it up on my screen.
i have to say i like the first crop too, although with him walking down a path i think it would be nice to see him to the left and the path moving to the right. jmo....:) i do like the colors in both. i like the contrast of the red and green in the first and the tons of the browns in the second.. nice job..
